I am a passionate transformational coach, speaker, and TranscenDance™ facilitator, who is dedicated to helping people unlock their true potential and create a life they love living. With over 25 years of experience in social services, I have helped to empower countless individuals to break through their limitations, achieve their own definition of success, and live in alignment with their highest purpose.

I combine my understanding of human behavior, a Master of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Women’s Studies with proven methodologies like Brave Thinking® and TranscenDance™, to help the people I work with to achieve lasting transformation. Whether it’s through individual coaching or interactive workshops, I can help you to gain clarity, confidence, and tools to design a life that lights you up.
