Carolyn is a passionate transformational coach, speaker, and facilitator who is dedicated to helping people unlock their true potential and create a life they love living. With over 25 years of experience as a social worker and therapist, she has empowered countless individuals to break through their limitations, achieve extraordinary success, and live in alignment with their highest purpose.
Carolyn combines her deep understanding of human behavior, a Master of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Women’s Studies with proven methodologies like Brave Thinking® and TranscenDance™. These powerful tools help her clients achieve lasting transformation in an accelerated timeframe. Whether it’s through individual coaching or interactive workshops, Carolyn’s unique approach provides clients with the clarity, confidence, and tools to design a life that lights them up.

Honours Bachelor of Arts, & Master of Social Work
Carolyn began her post-secondary education with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University, where she double-majored in History and Women’s Studies. She then pursued a Bachelor of Social Work at Carleton University in Ottawa, followed by a Master of Social Work, which she completed in 2004. Committed to lifelong learning, Carolyn regularly attends trainings and workshops to stay current and continue her professional development.
Life Matery Consultant™ Certification
After a transformative weekend retreat, Carolyn was inspired by the Brave Thinking model and made the decision to become a Certified Life Coach through the Brave Thinking Institute.
After extensive training and immersions, Carolyn has learned about transformational principles and a proven, reliable system that can empower people to create and live a life they love.
TranscenDance™ Facilitator Certification
TranscenDance™ is a dynamic blend of relaxing stretching, deep breathing, and free-form movement designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your authentic self, and experience a profound sense of joy and freedom.
Feeling called to share the transformative power of this conscious dance modality, Carolyn became certified as a TranscenDance™ facilitator, offering it as a powerful tool for serving others.
